Once a report has been configured, it can be saved as a new report or ran without saving the configuration. Saving a customized report is useful for administrators who need to regularly run customized reports so that they do not have to configure it every time the report needs to be run.
To save a report, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
The Report Name field accepts up to 100 characters. If over 100 characters are entered, the report will not save.
Once saved, you can find the saved reports by searching for the report title or report creator.

Click on the report name to open the report or the blue ‘x’ to delete the saved report.
The report output will save with the report. You can also select ‘Rolling Dates’ as the Effective Date to be able to generate a report that always looks back or forward from the current date.
